Hi, I'm Emma and as a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to find what excites you, what will keep you focused and how we can make this accessable into daily life. We will make a plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your well-being.

Being in the Fitness industry for over 15 years, as well as competing in a variety sports at top levels, has allowed me to have a huge range of knowledge. Grab a buddy or two and encourage each other to train in a group environment, indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours. Or adventure out and meet some new people in our beautiful outdoors Bootcamp locations. For all fitness levels, either way you'll be happy to push yourself amongst friendly faces.

Womens only Packages
Refresh, Revive, Escape
Feel comfortable with like minded ladies. You are here to learn about your body, your mind and energise your soul inside. Incorporating fitness, yoga and mindfulness. Escape from the daily grind and immerse yourself in our 4-8 week packages.
As a past client & friend of Emma I can fully vouch for her as a trainer. Extremely adaptable & good variation in sessions - you won’t be doing the same same each workout. Emma made boxing/crossfit based workouts for me so I could do it despite me having Cerebral Palsy & then to add to that she trained me until I was 8 months pregnant. If she can train me & get results she can train anyone. Plus she’s just a hearty, cool asf person to be around.
