What I do

Being in the Fitness industry for over 15 years, as well as competing in a variety sports at top levels, has allowed me to have a huge range of knowledge. Grab a buddy or two and encourage each other to train in a group environment, indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours. Or venture out and meet some new people in our beautiful outdoors Bootcamp locations that cater for all fitness levels. Either way you'll be happy to push yourself amongst friendly faces.

Strength & Stamina or Learn to Box!

Unique training tailored to you. Whether it's loosing weight, gaining strength, sports specific goals or just wanting to release some stress and punch the boxing pads then I've got your back!

Refresh, Revive, Escape!

Feel comfortable with like minded ladies while training in small group classes (no more than 6). You are here to learn about your body, your mind and energise your soul inside. Incorporating strength & fitness, mobility and mindfulness practice. Escape from the daily grind and immerse yourself in our 8 week packages.
